1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and offers of GRALIS GmbH, in particular the operation of the bar “Drei Bögen”, the sale of beverages and food, as well as reservations and events.

2. Opening Hours and Offer
Opening hours and offers may be changed at any time without prior notice. All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT.

3. Reservations
Reservations can be made in person, by phone, or by email. Reservations are only binding after confirmation by us. Missed reservations may be charged if not cancelled in time (at least 24 hours in advance).

4. Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue. Cash redemption is not possible. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

5. Protection of Minors
Alcoholic beverages are served in accordance with the Austrian Youth Protection Act. We reserve the right to request proof of age.

6. Liability
We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is assumed for cloakroom, valuables, or personal belongings.

7. House Rules
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the premises if they violate the house rules or disturb operations.

8. Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy available on our website.

9. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
